   Many thanks, I do share your dream, keep up the good work. I like your philosophy give first and someone will give back- eventually.

   What I have found is to write down what you want. Do not worry about the how. The how will come. Usually from unexpected sources.

   I have formed a group of internet marketers and our dream is to build a ebook store, membership site, blog, forum and expand our ebay sales so we become full time marketers.

   Let me tell you things are happening. We intend to document what and how we are doing because many others will share the same dream.

   Build your empire, I love that, thats just how I think.

   Wow! What can I say? Excellent video series.

   Thanks so much for all your effort in creating it and presenting it to everyone. It truly is going to be Life Changing for me, and a lot of people I’m sure.

   I get easily distracted also by the email in box, and S/Es if I don’t watch myself, but by planning every minute now, I’ll know exactly the tasks I need to get done that will increase my business productivity.

   I actually heard the other day that Entrepreneurs are generally not good at multi- tasking, so this planning system your showing everyone should prove to be priceless.

   I made 30k last quarter part time in PPC to CPA (which is great for me), but I also worked myself to death for it, and I’m now trying to find a business model that can allow me to have a more enjoyable lifestyle (more time off), and also a semi automated income where I can (outsource tasks etc,)

   That is why I’m watching you and your business like a hawk friend!

   You seem to really be enjoying your business and the lifestyle it affords for you and your family.

   Congratulations! To me that is about as good as it gets on that level. Money and the Time to enjoy it.

   OK here is my major goal: Ditch the JOB by Oct 08 with a ROCK Steady 100k + this year from my full time IM business, and a lot more free time to enjoy it all!

   I’m counting on your help to accomplish this and more. So thanks again for an awesome life changing video presentation, and a great head start toward reaching all my 08 Goals.

   Here is a tip for everyone that has helped to keep me focused on my own IM business …

   I might be on all the Gurus Hit lists after this little post, but who cares.

   Unsubscribe today from every Guru’s email list (but one) while you are focusing and building your IM business.

   Become a student of the emails you receive from this one (1) list. Really dissect them, and figure out why they are so powerful in ultimately converting subscribers into… buyers.

   Next month unsubscribe from this list, and pick another Guru, and watch and learn from their emails, and how they treat their list.

   You will be amazed because most of them will just pass on the same promotions, and hot product launches etc, because they know how to SELL snow to an eskimo, and water to a drowning man.

   Trust me. You will GO broke, and get nothing accomplished in your own IM business by reading all their emails!

   Read these emails only, and you’ll discover that very few lists will actually give really valuable content for FREE that you can use to build your own IM business like Alex has been giving
   all of us.

   When you find valuable content from being on someones email list, start saving these emails as an email list swipe file, (these are as good as gold) so you can model them for your own lists and IM business.

   You can edit and pull from this source when needed for any kind of copy you may need.

   You will also be learning what marketing through relationships is all about each month like…

   How to treat a subscriber list to build trust, loyalty, respect, friendship etc., That kind of knowledge when utilized will allow you to be very, very successful in your business.

   Alright, a million is a little our there. But $100,000 to me sounds reasonable enough for my first year. What I’m going to do is really pay close attention to you and the other top internet marketers and find out what is really working.

    Hi Alex

    The videos are great, I would imagine that it is easier this year to plan from your exprience than when you first started.

    For my own part I have probably fallen into every pitfall going, including spending too much on one program after another, half starting a project and getting distracted by the promise of immediate riches etc.

    I do understand that it is important to plan and set goals and are working on these now.

    Withstanding this I have developed my own $7 product, which was a collection of optin templates, launched a MRR product redesigned from PLR and have worked on a blog and affiliate products.

    Liz Tomey and a guy by the name of Dave Guindon in Canada have both complimented my work, and yet I have frustration securing the necessary visitors to turn a decent living.

    My goals will include establishing good promotiional campaigns, for all the plaudits it is difficult some times to keep family on side.

    Anyway sorry to ramble on a bit, your videos certainly help in providing guidance on implementing a robust working structure.

    I thought the videos would not be up to much – I’ve seen some of this sort of stuff before and not been overly impressed – but I have to say that it is a very logical system. I can see how it could actually be very powerful so I am going to put it into practice. Its time to start making things happen. Thanks for this.     If only I could get my product manager to follow your advice!!! A lot of people already know what you are teaching, be we DO need reminding to plan so we can KEEP A FOCUS! It’s great, it’s simple, it’s reachable. I don’t feel daunted by the business MOUNTAIN when I listen to you. It’s great to feel I have your support. Cyberspace can feel not much different from the concrete jungle sometimes, so having you out there is like having a friend in a crowd.

    What I learned from you was how to rebrand your giveaway product and try to build a list. This didn’t earn me a penny and the list is nowhere. Even If I did have a list based on promoting you ,it would not help me with my niche because the clients aren’t targeted to my product.Am disenchanted with the results.
    I found my own niche , am writing an ebook, have a giveaway product to build a list and start sales. I have a steep learning curve with Blogging, web page building,writing good copy,article writing, etc… which are technical building blocks for a good foundation. I have faith in myself and know that persistance will pay off.
