100 people in the room including quite a few
people who only attended to watch me speak, (doh !)

wanna see for yourself ?

here’s the video footage …

(YES I WAS VERY NERVOUS BUT IT WAS FUN)

as always Id love to hear your comments,

Enjoy

    Hey Alex.

As Always you’ve overdelivered again, congrats on stepping out of your comfort zone. That’s what growth is all about, right man?

I hope your readers can learn as much from you as I have from the little nuggets of gold you dropped in this video.

    Thanks for the heads up!

Awesome job, Alex! You came across like an ol’ seasoned marketer…no nervousness at all!

I loved what you said about the oil rig…makes a great comparison to the internet and how one thing is built on another.

Just good common sense, yet so many don’t seem to ‘get it’!

Can’t wait to see what else you have to say in Gurus’ Dream…

Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work!

    Honey

    One more thing…

Anyone struggling in internet marketing needs to hear your story about:

    “The Worlds Best Customer”

Because it really shows HOW each and every visitor you interact with has a REAL value and that’s something I think a lot of newbies forget.

I had one of my subscribers write me for help once saying

“how are we supposed to sell these IDIOTS?”…

That’s what he was saying about his customers, well obviously if you treat your customers like $%i@ they aren’t going to continue to do business with you. His approach was all WRONG!!!

…and not only that but there is a lesson to be learned in the opportunities you gave to the your
    BEST CUSTOMER

I know I’ll be exploiting that little gem :-)

    Thanks and Talk Soon!

    -Jae

    Alex,

The first time you do anything - it is usually the hardest. Glad you got your first speaking gig accomplished. You were real - and the real Alex showed thru. That is exactly what you want to do - reveal the real Alex - You make it easy for people to relate.

I’m extremely proud of you bro for taking that first step. The first time I hit the stage was at my own seminar and there was more than one occasion where Harris Fellman or Paulie Sabol had to save me.

Congrats on taking that first step, now we have to discuss getting you on stage at one of my events ;-)

My man, I was in stitches.
Too many commonalities were mentioned to keep
me from watching with a serious point of view.

Dude? That was recently? LOL, I would never have guessed it. You’re a natural. I loved the standing and adrenalin rush to sit down again. I actually hurt my sides watching that.

But in all seriousness. This, thing, we’re involved in? Is a driven conscious endeavor. If you have the drive to continue inspite of the challenges? The event horizon is just around the corner. Seek it with an out stretched neck of anticipation.

    And don’t look back! ;)

Good show brother, keep em coming.

    Hi,

I was there and I think you did a great job. I was about to say that you need to slow down a little, but your massive energy has got you where you are today, so I suggest you just keep on going BUT. It’s a big but. BUT when you get to where you want to be, then learn to slow down. I wish you every success, all the very best, Allen

Alex - you were brilliant and you had the audience with you, however uncomfortable you felt up there.

We saw some outstanding speakers, Tom Hua especially, but no one was more real.

Well done and can I book you for our event right now?

    Hey Alex,

Not only are we both bald gangster film loving
guys but we both worked construction previously.

I remember one day the boss came out to me and
told me to move 240 cinder blocks from one spot
to another spot about 50 feet away because they
dropped them off in the wrong spot. That was the exact day I told myself things were going to change.

Killer job for your first time on stage. I remember my first time I was nervous as hell. I talked so fast and shook even faster! haha

You’re a marketing dynamo man we need to do something together real soon.

    Hey Alex,

With that charm, you’re a natural. But come over here to the US and speak so all the women can swoon over that sexy accent. (swoon all the way to the back of the room, that is…)

Take it from me, the nervousness never really goes away. You’ll just learn how to channel it into even more brilliance!

    big hugs,

    Bro,

Outstanding Job, Can you believe how far we have come in a short time my friend.

Don’t listen to Donna Fox though I got the US covered with my charm LOL!!! But she is right the nervousness does not go away. I just spoke at Gateway Seminar in place of Stephen Pierce…was nervouse as heck but gave the best presentation of my life.

    Keep going after your dreams.

    Hey Alex,

I was there as you know, and I was nervous just watching you speak. I was hoping you would pull it off…

    and you did!

You handled it a whole lot better than I could have, and you spoke from within. You truly mean every word you say… pressured or not!

The more you speak, the easier it will get.

You are certainly someone to look up to, coz that took a lot of bottle… and Sean was loving every second of that chat with you!

He was just testing how you handled the pressure! (I would say… very well!)

    I wish you every success!

    Keep it coming Alex.

    Hi Alex,

Great to see the video after hearing so much about the seminar from Tony. I heard about the nerves through him, and well…you did great mate and you really did well getting your message across in a simply and effective way, dispite being questioned along another route…

My question, when do you plan to be on stage next? I want to be there for that!!!

    Thanks for the video…

    Alex,

You’ve come a long way since I first met you my friend.

Speaking is easy once you’ve done it a few times. It’s nowhere near as hard as people imagine Alex.

Once you’ve done a few events you’ll discover the right things to say, the right times to say them, the right order to put them in, and how to win over the crowd quickly and easily by letting them know you come from the heart and you care.

If there’s anything I can help you with, please ask me as I don’t bite :)

    Your friend,

    David Cavanagh
