    Alex,

This has to be the one of the shortest blog posts with the most curiosity I’ve ever seen.

Hope the foot’s feeling a bit better.

Question… I’ve got a pretty hefty goal on traffic to my site over the next 14 days.

And so, besides commenting on other peoples blogs what would be the best way to bring traffic to my site.

    Cheers,

    Rob

    Alex-

In constant awe of the stuff I am learning from you as a student, and in everlasting gratitude for how it has and will change my life.

Back in the 70’s there were TV commercials for a financial brokerage firm called EF Hutton. The tagline was something like, “When EF Hutton talks..people listen”. The commercials would feature a busy place such as a concert hall, and someone in the crowd would whisper to a friend ” My broker is EF Hutton, and EF Hutton says….” and the place would go dead silent, and everyone in the place would be listening in on the conversation to find out the golden gem of knowledge that would be shared.

In my mind, you have that kind of status in the IM world. When Alex Jeffreys talks, I stop..drop everything I’m doing..and listen, because what you teach is that life changing.

    You rock! Thanks for everything!

  8. Alvin Dawe |

It is funny that you say that. I was thinking the exact same thing last night when I messed up my blog. LOL

Slow and steady wins the race so today I have been working on what I had messed up and things are starting to take form.

Just hope I learn from my mistakes and I will tell myself one more time “if it is not broken, DON’T fix it”.

Anyway back to work, thanks for all your support. Oh and let me just say that your mentoring course ROCKS….

Thats a good number of comments for such a short and ambiguous post – wish mine could attract the same!

    Alex
So am I! At least I think I am!
    Kind regards
    Mike

  11. Paul Lear |

    Hey Alex,

A very intriguing title, and then to get our curiosity up even more, you have us waiting in suspense……

It’s ingenious, although if I tried it I doubt it would have the same result. :)

I look forward to the finished post.

    Paul.

  12. Samantha Milner |

    hi alex

hope you get things sorted out shortly and you can be back to your marketing methods.

    kind regards

  13. Paul Wilson |

    Hey Alex,

    That’s a pretty short post…

AND considering people have no idea what you’re talking about, you’ve certainly got people’s interest…including mine!!

    Look forward to it!

    Paul

  14. Nathaniel |

    Hey Alex,

    Very random my friend lol.

Either I’m missing something or this is possibly the shortest blog post i’ve come across to date.

No doubt there’s something behind it though, maybe some awesome traffic generating technique no one else has discovered yet ;)

    Nathaniel.

    P.S Coaching is awesome!

  15. Norene |

    Alex,
I have had a enough too! Enough of crappy bosses, too many bills, not enough funds. I have had enough of short vacations, not enough time with my kids. YOur course is changing that and I am grateful! Can’t wait to hear about you have had enough with! If it’s too much money that you have had enough with, feel free to send some my way! :)

  16. John Tanner |

    Hi Alex,

Another late night last night with Module 6 “Tripple Threat Affilliate”.

Is this post an example of intreguing the visitor to want more?

    It Worked!

Hope your Nan gets better soon, ….. got to go it’s my daughters birthday.

    John

  17. Craig Crawford |

    Alrite Alex!
I’m Craig, Deans mate. I’ve decided I’m going to get into marketing too!
He talks about you so much lol.
So I thought i’d check out your stuff!
    Impressive!

    Take care man.

    Craig.

  18. Gene |

Yes, I have had enough too! I think I’ve had quite enough pie, please pass the cake…

It’s nice to know when you are light years behind one of the up and coming Internet Marketers that they they mess up too. (And probably make money when they do). Like one of my videos on my blog that didn’t really exist. (one of my more embarrassing moments).

Look forward to the “real” post.

Thanks for all your help, I just finished module 6, so my brain is full, think I will take a break.

    Gene

  19. Rod Macbeth |

I wish I could get this many comments for a placer post.

Heck, this amouny of comments..period…would be nice. :)

    Cheers,
    Rod

  20. Ross Carrel |

Yo, Vegas was sick man. The limos, the clubs…had a blast hanging with you.

And that late night marketing jam session was gold. I went right home and cranked out a report unloading some serious stuff I learned on that trip.

My business has been in the fast lane ever since I got back.

I know you got some magic up your sleeve, can’t wait to see what you’re bringing to the party next.

  21. Glenn |

    Hey Alex
Kind of echo Pauls feeling. Short blog leaves you in anticipation of whats coming next. Will have to say thanks for all you have done so far.
    Glenn

  22. Matt Wolfe |

Wow. I have no idea what you’ve had enough of but I’m sure, whatever it is, I’ve had enough of it too. Twitter maybe? I’m addicted to Twitter but I get some much spam… I’m pretty sick of that.

Anyway, I started being coached by you a little over a month ago. Since then I’ve built a blog with a ton of traffic, created my own product, built a mailing list to almost 300 subscribers, and I’ve made close to $2,000. The money I’ve paid for the coaching has already come back to me double! It’s insane. I quit my day job and now I’m feeling like I will never have to find another one again. It’s been a life changing experience.

Love the post! It’s so in depth. ;)

    Matt

  23. Gary Simpson |

    Hmm, Alex…

You’ve had enough of IT huh? Well, what’s IT?

Oh NO! Just had a bad vision. Sorry dude but that pic of you in Spain wearing the lime green MANKINI just flashed into my mind… unfortunately.

So… IT isn’t you not wanting to wear regular bathers (swimmers) any more is it?

Just wondering how I can turn a negative into a positive with that… it’s a tough assignment but…

    I GOT IT!

Here’s what I’m gonna do… For the 1,000th DH on Twitter who sends me a DM that says: “I gave you sunshine/a corona/light so YOU owe me a gift!” or any other dopey dumba** thing along those lines then I’m gonna send ‘em a “PRESENT” alright.

I’m gonna copy that pic of you in the lime green mankini and send ‘em THAT! Mwuahahaha!

Gangsta… that was BAD. Real bad.

Tell me that “IT” isn’t anything to do with the lime green mankini. PLEASE. Anything but that!

    Alex,

What’s going on with the post?!?!

It’s been 2 weeks and the suspense is is killing me!

I never thought I’d be saying this, but…

    RANT ON BRO!

    Talk Soon,
    Alex Lim

  25. Heidi Passey |

Ok, now that everyone is on the edge of their seats and holding their breath… LOL

I’ll admit, I would like to know what you have had enough of as well. Patiently waiting. :-)

  26. Richinec |

This post is “over the top” Alex — Can’t wait to see the results. But, then again, that’s why I’m here; the intrigue — the daring — stretching the outer limits — thinking outside the box.

  27. Thom Swartwood |

    Alex,

Long time no talk to. What a great idea. I think most of us have had enough one way or another. The interesting thing is it is different for all of us.
Can’t wait to see what you have had enough of.

    Have a great evening

    Thom

  28. Vance Sova |

    Hi Alex,

So you’ve had enough. And so have I. But enough of what? Email offers? Yes I have. Spammy comment posts? Yes Sir.

I hope you aren’t fed up with your students, coaching and stuff like that. We students still want to learn more from you.

There’s a song with a line “I’ve had enough, I can’t put up with anymore right now”. It has quite a catchy tune. So perhaps while on the computer you were singing it to yourself got carried away and stopped typing. In that case we can all relax.

Should it be something serious though, please let me know. Elaborate a bit more eh?

    Vance.

  29. Rudiawan Lukman |

    Hi Alex,

The shortest blog post I’ve ever seen. Now you trigger my curiosity…..

Ok, I guess I have to get back to my module six now.
    Will come back here again.

    - Rudi

  30. Jed LaMont |

    Hey Alex,

Man, you just don’t stop with the killer
    traffic tactics do you?!

I thought I had chops until I saw your
ninja skills kickin’ a** all over the
    internet!

Everywhere I turn your spittin’ out new
    traffic and listbuilding tactics….

    I go to Twitter…. you’re there
    I go to YouTube…. boom! You’re there
    What’s next CNN? CNBC?

You really are a “Triple Threat Guy”!

    Nice work!

    Thanks a million ($$$)! :)

    Jed

  31. David Walker |

    Hey Alex,

You are fast becoming a powerhouse at blogging – even though you don’t actually write on your blog that often.

How many other blog owners can boast a ton of comments on a one-line post which doesn’t actually reveal anything?

Excellent stuff, Alex, and I can’t wait to see what this is really all about.

    David

  32. Roberta and Ed |

Have to agree with the others. What a great response to such a short post on your blog. Of course we wouldn’t see anything similar on ours… you da EF Hutton guy! So, we all wait with baited breath for your rant! Bring it on… we all know it’s gonna be good.

  33. Rob |

    Alex,

What an intruiging post! This is certainly the curved ball I was reading about, how can you create such a large amount of interest off such a small post? You’re the man.

Not long until your big day man,

    Quick joke:

What’s the longest sentence known to man?

    “I do”

Only kidding, hope it alls goes perfectly. Enjoy it, the day will fly by.

    All the best

    Rob

  34. Sean Beardmore |

    Hey Alex,

Or should I say Hey Bro! :-) (I’m learning!)

This is one hell of a rant your building up to…… if it goes on much longer I’m guessing your gonna explode right ?!

    Curiosity Marketing works best Alex…….

    Well?

    I’m waiting…………

    :-)

OK, when you’re ready I guess.(tell me first though)

    Talk soon Alex!

    Take care

    Sean

  35. Roger |

    “Less is more !”

I think I shall inaugurate the “Comment Index” which is defined as follows:

Comment Index (CI) = Length of blog post in words / Number of Comments

Anything over 1.0 is going to be good and you’re already ahead of the game Alex.

Seriously, I totally agree with what you’re saying ;-)

    All the best

    Roger

    I’m intrigued! I’m curious!

There’s no question that it’s going to be good,
    but the REAL question is…
    HOW GOOD?!?!

but I bet you’re gonna WOW us all over again!

    Yeah Alex,

I know what you mean and how you feel.

I’ve just got a similar feeling too. My little dog passed away last week and I felt bad because I have been wasting time learning all the materials from you and didn’t get to spend more time with her up to her final days.

    Such is life…..

    Hi Alex,

Everybody’s wondering what this teaser line is all about and I’m pretty sure I know:-)

Last nights webinar hurt my head and this morning, I’ve still got a thumping headacre – amazing stuff and I think Rich talks a X3 speed doesn’t he?

Before I go Alex, I just want to give you some valuable advice.

It’s now Wednesday 19th (of August) that means your wedding is in a few days. Here’s a little tip from a married man with 3 kids – remember that this is the ‘brides’ BIG day. Keep this in mind at all times and you can’t go wrong.

Have a great day and honeymoon.

    Hey Bro,

OK, this is pretty much the worst blog post ive ever seen. Sorry man but it is isnt it ;)

Still, it shows and highlights you know how to build a loyal following because look at all the positive comments you receive from a one word blog post!!

You have all our attention so you are doing something right, (even if it isnt writing blog posts! ;) )

Congrats on the wedding day my friend, I am sure it was a blast.
